About
The ICEC, first held in 2020 in the Netherlands and subsequently in Germany in 2022, brings together leading researchers, industry experts, and policymakers from across Asia, Europe, the Americas, and beyond to exchange ideas, unveil ground-breaking discoveries, and foster global collaborations in the burgeoning field of microbial chain elongation.
Building on the success of previous conferences, this year’s program will spotlight the latest innovations in harnessing microbial metabolic pathways to produce sustainable materials, chemicals, and other critical resources. Attendees will have the opportunity to delve into novel methodologies, discuss emerging trends, and explore real world applications that push the boundaries of efficiency and environmental responsibility.
We encourage scholars, professionals, and students to present their cutting edge research, engage in discussions, and establish enduring professional networks. Through keynote lectures, panel discussion, posters sessions, and networking events, participants will gain invaluable insights into both fundamental science and translational applications, while shaping the future of sustainable technologies. Your expertise and perspective will be instrumental in driving forward this vibrant field.
We sincerely hope you will join us for this exceptional gathering and contribute to our collective pursuit of ground breaking solutions for a more sustainable world. We look forward to welcoming you to Incheon in 2025.
