Visa Information

Participants who require a visa to attend the 3rd International Chain Elongation Conference (ICEC 2025) in Incheon, Korea (November 5–7, 2025) may request an official invitation letter through the form below.
The invitation letter is intended solely to assist with visa applications and does not guarantee visa approval. Please ensure that you apply for your visa in advance at the Korean Embassy or Consulate in your country.

Only participants who require an official invitation letter for their visa application need to complete the form
Invitation letters will be issued only to registered participants or accepted presenters.
The invitation letter will be sent to you by email.
Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing.
Presenting participants are required to provide the abstract title and list of authors. Non-presenting participants may leave this section blank. New
Participants may apply for either a C-3-1 (Short-Term General) or C-3-9 (Tourist) visa to attend ICEC 2025. New
