Guidelines

All abstracts must be submitted and received through the Abstract Submission System.

Documents received after the given deadline, due to any reason will not be accepted unless the deadline is extended.

Abstract Due (June 30, 2025)

Due to the limited schedule, each registrant may submit only one abstract for an oral presentation and one for a poster presentation, for a total of two abstracts.

Virtual Presentation Notice
Virtual presentation slots are limited to 20 participants and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. -
Participants opting for virtual presentation are kindly advised to indicate their preference during the abstract submission process.

The abstract must be written and presented in English.

Please download the abstract template by clicking the ICON and follow the guidelines carefully.

Documents that do not confirm to the guidelines will be asked to revise.

A confirmation email will be sent to the contributor upon acceptance.

Abstracts will not be allowed to edit after the deadline.

Award Consideration

Only eligible abstracts will be considered for awards based on merit and presentation.
