Abstract Submission

• All abstracts must be submitted and received through the Abstract Submission System.

• Documents received after the given deadline, due to any reason will not be accepted unless the deadline is extended.

• Important Dates​

• Abstract submission deadline extended to September 20, 2025

• Due to the limited schedule, each registrant may submit only one abstract for an oral presentation and one for a poster presentation, for a total of two abstracts.

• Abstract acceptance notifications will be sent on or after September 20, 2025.

• Virtual Presentation Notice
  Virtual presentation slots are limited to 20 participants and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Participants opting for virtual presentation are kindly advised to indicate their preference during the abstract submission process.

• The abstract must be written and presented in English.

• Please download the abstract template by clicking the ICON and follow the guidelines carefully.

• Documents that do not confirm to the guidelines will be asked to revise.

• A confirmation email will be sent to the contributor upon acceptance.

• Abstracts will not be allowed to edit after the deadline.

Award Consideration​
